Updates to the BAA - Enforcement and Compliance Actions
During this new webinar, we will explore the implications and enforcement expectations for country of origin requirements on awards made under the Biden Administration Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. We will go through the different types of content requirements, their applicability to contracts and grants that utilize federal money, anticipated enforcement actions and attitudes of the US government and leading practices for how recipients of awards can operate in a compliant manner with these requirements.
