    EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

    Andy King, President
    Andy King is the President and Co-Owner of Federal Publications Seminars (FPS).  He is responsible for the strategic direction and operational planning/execution for the business.  Andy is passionate about the business impact that can be generated from corporate learning, training, live events/seminars, talent management, big data, human capital, and other formal and informal learning technologies. 
     
    Mr. King has over 25 years of experience working with and for several global learning organizations including; Thomson Reuters, Gartner and SkillSoft.  His specialties include building long-term strategic relationships, joint ventures, online learning, sales, and growing businesses with laser-focused execution.  
     
    In 2014, he acquired FPS with his business partner, Rob Hafiz.  Mr. King holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of St. Thomas, in St. Paul, Minnesota.
     

    Rob Hafiz, Vice President
    Rob Hafiz is Vice President and Co-Owner of Federal Publications Seminars (FPS).  He is responsible for recruiting and managing strategic partnerships and alliances with government contractor executives and associations, attorney organizations, law faculty, and the media.  

    Mr. Hafiz has over 30 years of experience working with several national legal publishing entities, including Thomson Reuters and American Lawyer Media.  He has successfully designed business development, marketing, and sales programs from the ground up, and led the programs to a successful launch. Additionally, Mr. Hafiz has been part of various teams and organizations that have developed, implemented, and managed several innovative trade shows and conferences.   
     
    Mr. Hafiz excels at forming mutually beneficial relationships.  He has deep connections with C-Level and marketing executives in government contracting, global technology, and technology-enabled companies.  He also enjoys mentoring individuals who are new to the field of government contracting and events management.  
     
    In 2014, he acquired FPS with his business partner, Andy King.  Mr. Hafiz holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota.
