    Before co-founding Ward & Berry, Ryan was an equity partner in one of the largest global law firms. He has successfully handled significant commercial litigation matters through trial for national security, technology, and sports and entertainment clients.

    Ryan is experienced in handling international disputes and investigations for government contractors and multi-national corporations. His work in this area has been particularly focused on the False Claims Act (FCA) and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).     After nearly nine years as an active-duty Navy JAG, Tyson Marx joined Ward & Berry as Senior Associate in 2020 where he was subsequently promoted to Counsel and then Partner. At Ward & Berry, Tyson represents clients on all aspects of federal procurement matters, including bid protests, contract disputes and termination litigation, appellate litigation, suspension and debarment matters, False Claims Act actions, teaming agreements and subcontracts, and small business matters.
