Daryouche Behboudi is a director in the Cybersecurity, Technology Risk, and Privacy practice. Jon is a Director in the CohnReznick’s Government Contracting Industry practice. He has over 15 years of experience in Government Regulatory Compliance with a demonstrated history supporting the government services industry. He provides a range of advisory services for government contractors including FAR/CAS compliance, DFARS business systems, infrastructure and indirect cost rate structuring, and incurred cost proposals and forward pricing rate proposals. He also has extensive international experience including serving as an industry segment compliance manager in Seoul, South Korea and assisting clients onsite in the Middle East and South America.

Ryan Berry co-founded Ward & Berry with Dan Ward in 2017. Although Ryan is active in all of the firm’s practice areas, his current client work comprises investigations, corporate compliance, and general counsel representation of government contractors.

Before co-founding Ward & Berry, Ryan was an equity partner in one of the largest global law firms. He has successfully handled significant commercial litigation matters through trial for national security, technology, and sports and entertainment clients.

Ryan is experienced in handling international disputes and investigations for government contractors and multi-national corporations. His work in this area has been particularly focused on the False Claims Act (FCA) and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Ryan has skillfully guided clients through investigations brought by the Inspector General (IG) of federal agencies, Congressional investigations, suspensions and proposed debarments.

Based in the Midwest, Stephen P. Gilmer is a global IT transformation leader and experienced CISO for multinational, complex, and diversified organizations. With more than 30 years of experience in IT strategic planning, including managing IT talent and culture, he has led large global programs, advised clients and boards on how to improve their security postures, and partnered with clients to form their business cybersecurity strategies.

After nearly nine years as an active-duty Navy JAG, Tyson Marx joined Ward & Berry as Senior Associate in 2020 where he was subsequently promoted to Counsel and then Partner. At Ward & Berry, Tyson represents clients on all aspects of federal procurement matters, including bid protests, contract disputes and termination litigation, appellate litigation, suspension and debarment matters, False Claims Act actions, teaming agreements and subcontracts, and small business matters. His experience extends across a diverse range of government contracting industries, including information technology and network solutions, intelligence, contingency operations, private security/private military, base operations support (BOS), and linguist/translation matters. Tyson currently holds a Top Secret/SCI clearance with the Department of Defense where he has been read on to various Special Access Programs (SAP) and litigated high stakes matters involving national security.

Marks areas of expertise include U.S. government contract and subcontract negotiations, management and administration, Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (FAR/DFARS) compliance, Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) readiness through recovery, contract risk analysis, and small business subcontracting plan development. Mark has served in progressive management roles for large government contractors throughout his career, most recently leading a team of more than 50 members supporting CONUS and OCONUS operations.
