This is Session 13 of the Foundations of the FAR webinar series.

This session of the Foundations of the FAR program will cover Part 33 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Cara Wulf of McCarter & English, LLP will discuss the protest authorities; the Contract Disputes Act of 1978; initializing a claim; the authority, duties, and decisions of a Contracting Officer; as well as ADR and contract clauses.

Part 33 Scope
Prescribes policies and procedures for filing protests and for processing contract disputes and appeals.

This live webinar is eligible for both CLE and CPE credit.
NOTE: CPE/CLE credit for attendees are subject to participation and approval by the governing boards.

  • The deadline for taking approved CLEs for 2018 is October 31st 2018 and submission of the credit must be by December 15 according to the MCLE requirements.

    Cara Wulf focuses her practice on government contracts and regulations. She has extensive experience counseling clients regarding compliance with federal, state, and local public procurement requirements. She also assists in litigation involving bid protests, claims, and other disputes before federal agencies, courts and the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO).
    Cara graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was a Contributing Editor to the Michigan Journal of International Law.
