Both teaming and subcontracting agreements are common in the Government contracting environment. Engaging in teaming with other contractors makes for a positive combination for the companies that pursue contracts. Each company needs to protect their interest while they focus on gaining new business. The teaming and subcontracting agreements are the vehicles to do that.
