Zhenhong Qu is a nationally renowned litigator in administrative law and commercial law in China. She also represents leading Chinese media outlets on freedom of the press matters. Qu is currently a Senior Partner at Beijing Huayi Law Firm, a prestigious law firm in China. Prior to this role, she was an associate attorney at Beijing Daohe Law Firm. Before full-time law practice, she served as Director of Enterprise Administration (Chief Operation Officer and General Counsel) at Beijing Metal Structures Co. Ltd. Ms. Qu is originally from Hebei Province, China. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of International Economics and Business, a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Wuzi University, and an associate degree in law.

Wang has been admitted to law practice in New York, the District of Columbia, Minnesota, and federal courts. Wang is the second Chinese ever elected to the prestigious American Law Institute (ALI). He holds associate, visiting, and adjunct professorships at ten law schools and business schools in the US, China, Austria, Australia, Italy, Switzerland, and Brazil. In 2017, Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton appointed Wang as a trustee of the Minnesota Zoological Board.
