Is it Groundhog Day? No, it’s just another Government contractor cost accounting and pricing challenge rearing its ugly head. From a longtime practitioner’s perspective, there are certain accounting and pricing challenges that repeatedly surface among Government contractors -- regardless of the enterprise size.

This web series will traverse some of the more common cost accounting and pricing challenges and identify strategies to help mitigate the risk. Some of the pesky gophers we’ll take a whack at during this web series include:
  • Multipliers and Wrap Rates
  • Uncompensated Overtime
  • Intercompany Transactions
To tackle such challenges, understanding the compliance requirements is essential, particularly with cost-based acquisition. The reliance on a contractor’s books and records and their unique cost accounting practices, and onerous and confusing pricing, accounting, and compliance requirements contribute to the obstacles we face in Government contracts.

Come “whack-a-mole” with us in this 3-part web series. Each 90-minute session will acquaint the participant with a different vexing challenge and offers 1.5 hours of CPE.  Register for the entire series or join us for an individual webinar that suits your business needs.

Our web series leader, Deb Nixon brings her unique perspective and experience to each of the three sessions. Deb shares her over 30 years of experience as a career dedicated Government contracts practitioner.
