This is the sixth and final program for the FPS Leadership Institute. It is a culmination of the five self-paced on demand programs and Session VI - Problem Solving to Achieve Sustainable Outcomes. This day long live session led by Rex Marks will include best practices in problem solving as well as instructor-led discussion on proven leadership concepts, and a review and discussion of the five previous self-paced sessions.

This virtual course builds on your basic knowledge of CPSR. The discussion will focus on the challenges, issues, and updates to requirements It provides expert insight and detail through classroom discussion on risks and remedies before and after the review is completed.

This virtual course will give government contractors a comprehensive review of the entire federal procurement process, from start to finish, emphasizing the practical, the keys to success in today's contract world. Special emphasis will be placed on the impact of the Acquisition Streamlining Statutes and the implementing regulations on procurement activities.
