Jack Callahan serves as CohnReznick’s Construction Industry Leader, overseeing a team of 200 professionals across the United States. Jack has served as a trusted advisor to contractors throughout their entire lifecycle, demonstrating exemplary client satisfaction and building a reputation as a results-oriented leader dedicated to driving company growth and transformation. Jack and his team have worked extensively with both private developers and public agencies to develop and implement fiscal and integrity monitoring programs to successfully mitigate the costs of fraud, waste, and abuse on large development projects. Jack was the lead partner for CohnReznick on the monitoring and investigative work performed at Ground Zero and continues to spearhead the ongoing initiatives at LaGuardia and O’Hare Airports. Jack has extensive knowledge, insights, and experience in accounting, corporate taxation, and business consulting matters within the construction community and values his well-earned role as trusted business advisor.

Gerard (Jerry) Frech, JD, CCEP, a director with CohnReznick Advisory Group, has more than 25 years of experience in providing integrity monitoring, corruption prevention, fraud detection, and corporate investigation services. He is a pioneer in the integrity monitoring arena, having served as the project manager, in 1991, on the first integrity monitorship ever imposed on a construction company in the State of New York and on a number of high profile projects since. He has received Bar Admission in New York, New Jersey, the U.S. District Court – New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals – Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. As director, Jerry is responsible for managing the integrity monitoring of large-scale construction projects for fraud, waste, and abuse, and providing integrity monitoring and compliance services to government agencies and construction companies.
