Yoli has managed complex corporate and partnership tax returns, including companies with international operations. Her clients include middle market, venture capital and private equity backed, publicly traded, and privately owned companies, and other high-profile corporate clients. Her areas of expertise include ASC 740 financial reporting, business combination, corporate tax, due diligence, international tax, mergers and acquisitions, tax compliance and planning, and tax controversy.

Yoli currently serves as a Board Member of Women in Technology, a professional association dedicated to providing programs and resources to advance women in the technology industry.

Christine Williamson, CPA, PMP, is a Partner in CohnReznick’s Government Contracting Industry Practice which she led for 15 years. She provides financial and accounting consulting services that offer solutions to such complex issues as indirect rate structure development, executive compensation analysis, and mergers & acquisitions. Christine has a deep breadth of knowledge in GAAP, FAR, CAS, DCAA and DCMA. Additionally, she advises government contractors with their tax strategies and operational issues, including: financial statement reporting, disclosures, incurred cost submissions, proposals, forward pricing rates, and federal and state tax preparation.

John Iannotti, CPA, has more than 25 years of experience as a tax executive, working in both public accounting and industry, and focusing on the state and local tax (SALT) issues that matter most to his clients. John is adept at coordinating the tax function with non-tax functions and leveraging tax as a strategic consideration in significant events such as a merger, acquisition, expansion, or divestiture. His industry experience includes manufacturing, technology, investment portfolio, and government contracting companies.
