Part 4 of our Ethics and Compliance webinar will be focused on Training and Communicating on Ethics and Compliance Programs.  We will explain why training is important and what needs to be conveyed in your training program.  We will provide compliance training examples.  We will also talk about how to effectively train your workforce.  In this vein, we will discuss DII’s Small Business Toolkit’s materials on training and engagement, how to deliver training and how to document training.  We will then move on to the general topic of communication and provide examples of effective communication and templates.  We will then move on to program assessment where we discuss documenting conclusions, making recommendations and how to plan and implement improvements.
