In this webinar we will discuss why employees need to know what standards of conduct are expected of them.  We will also cover the requirements of FAR 52.203-12, Contractor Code of Business Ethics and Conduct and the U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines.

We will also discuss what is an ethics program where we emphasize that knowing the rules is not the same as following the rules.  We will discuss ways to encourage employees to speak up.  The webinar will also describe the elements of an effective ethics program including structure, oversight, leadership and risks assessments and more.
