This is session 2 of 3 in the Leveraging Agile for Government Contractors series.

The second webinar in the series will review Agile planning processes and artifacts.  We will introduce and discuss the cadence beginning with developing the product roadmap, backlog, estimation, team velocity, release planning, and sprint planning.  When the contract includes product deliverables rather than solely agile development services, we will discuss how to tie the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) - Scope, Schedule, Cost, and Forecast reporting with Agile processes. We will also discuss additional required program management roles and responsibilities as well as review tools that will support these processes for effective project management.
