Overview
No longer are organizations allowed to ‘check the box’ on compliance related to security controls.  The DCSA will assess your facility to ensure compliance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Failure to comply can be costly to any contractor.

In this one-day hands-on course, we will be learning the ins and outs of conducting mock assessments and implementing continuous monitoring using cloud-native dashboards and automation.

Learning Objectives:
  • Conduct internal mock assessments aligned with DCSA/DCMA expectations.
  • Use Microsoft and AWS tools for continuous compliance monitoring.
  • Build dashboards and alerts for proactive risk management.

Who Should Attend:
Internal auditors, FSOs, cloud compliance engineers, and executive sponsors, contract holders of the DOD.

Outline:
  1. Anatomy of a DCSA/DCMA audit
  2. Mock assessment frameworks and templates
  3. Microsoft Compliance Score, Secure Score, and dashboards
