In this podcast, which was recorded during the FPS Orlando Weeklong conference, I talk with Jeff White of JA White and Associates about changes to the CPSR process since COVID. DCMA has not let off the gas on conducting purchasing system reviews. However, since 2020, both the agency and the contractors have gotten smarter about the review process. Less face to face meetings and more file sharing. Calls and emails have replaced the office visits. In a sense, it has been positive as customers and the government learn to operate virtually. However, for industry, as Jeff explains, they must ensure their documentation and files are in order and organized. Doing so will help reduce the stress, the number of meetings and requests for back and forth discussions.
