This specially tailored certificate program is devoted to the unique rules, problems, practices, and demands of government contract accounting matters, and is designed especially for professionals focused on accounting, audits and finance – and also compliance, internal controls, and risk management.
Students are required to complete a general government contract accounting course and will then be able to choose three elective courses which are highly interactive with in-depth discussion and instruction on advanced issues in accounting. The program culminates with a capstone Masters Institute in one of three areas: Government Contract Accounting, Cost Accounting Standards, or Government Contract Costs.
