Overview

Congratulations! Your organization has been notified by your federal government clients that it will undergo a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR). There may be a perception within your leadership that the outcome of this review will inherently be favorable, given your firm's successful track record in navigating various government contract audits. It is a common assumption that if the accounting department has successfully passed an Accounting Systems Review, then the purchasing department should similarly navigate a CPSR with ease.
