The webinar takes participants through the myriad of compliance requirements and DCMA's expectations for an adequate purchasing system. This course emphasizes the practical realities of successfully navigating a CPSR by offering tips and tricks to get out in front of review findings, managing relationships with your DCMA review team, avoiding common pitfalls, and facilitating timely corrective action if adverse findings surface.
