REAs and Claims As A Result of COVID - What You Need to Know Description: BDO and RJO are teaming up to offer a seminar that will cover the topics associated with seeking requests for equitable adjustment or claims on government contracts for costs or delays associated with COVID. The course will orient attendees to the unique legal landscape of these claims including authorities for equitable adjustment, pitfalls to avoid, and the mechanics of REAs and claims including accounting for costs and submitting the REA/Claim.
