The EVM Practitioners’ Forum and Federal Publications Seminars (FPS) are excited to announce the 11th Annual Earned Value Management Practitioners’ (EVMP) Forum. The EVMP is organized by EVM application users to share best practices and help others become more effective in their use of EVM tools, analysis, and reporting.

This 2-day training workshop committed to helping attendees improve their personal skills and their organizations' processes for project controls. The Grounds occupy the top two floors of a state-of-the-art building that rises 31 stories above the Potomac River, offering sweeping views of the nation’s capital.

We are very pleased to announce that Mr. David S. Cadman, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (Acting), Office of Acquisition Enablers, will join us on October 20th.

He will be speaking on innovative data-driven acquisition practices that deliver warfighting capability at the speed of relevance. The Office of Acquisition Data and Analytics (ADA), a division of Acquisition Enablers, is the central office for major defense authorization performance assessment, root cause analysis, and earned value management within the Department of Defense (DoD).

The post-conference surveys for the 2020 EVMP showed that attendees felt they received significant value from the information they received and the people they met. In addition, the venue received high marks so we will be returning to the UVA Darden Conference Center, Arlington (Roslyn), VA. Presentations from the 2020 EVMP may be viewed and downloaded here

The EVMP Forum is committed to helping attendees improve their personal skills and their organization's processes for project controls and EVM. By attending EVM Practitioners Forum, you will be able to:
  • Get in-depth training on EVM that can address your implementation and compliance concerns
  • Enhance your forecasting and planning and strengthen your skillset
  • Access presentation materials after the workshop and present lessons learned to your team
  • Earn CPE credits
  • Learn about new Government policies and guidelines pertaining to EVM reporting
  • Network with other attendees to see how they apply EVM to their programs
You will also be able to meet with government and industry experts during the Networking Reception sponsored by Deltek.
