Ideas, Insights, Information and Resources for You

The purpose of this conference is to keep Construction professionals up to date on the latest developments in the industry.  Statutes and regulations, significant case decisions, and new requirements in Construction Contracting will be covered.  In addition, two special features increase its value to you:

  • First, 30 experienced practitioners will deliver 30 new ideas or critical insights to you for your consideration.  If appropriate, you can adapt these ideas and insights to your own operations.
  • Second, you will receive an extensive set of references and sources of information to study on your own.  These reference sources have a long shelf value, can be used for research and put to work when you need them.  For example, if you need more information about cybersecurity requirements in infrastructure contracting, you will have reference sources to jump-start your effort.
