This is Session 9 of the Foundations of the FAR webinar series.

This session of the Foundations of the FAR program will cover Part 30 - Cost Accounting Standards Administration. Presenter William Keating will discuss how CAS applicability works within the framework of the FAR including requirements in certain contracts.

Part 30 Scope
This part describes policies and procedures for applying the Cost Accounting Standards Board (CASB) rules and regulations to negotiated contracts and subcontracts. This part does not apply to sealed bid contracts or to any contract with a small business concern.

This live webinar is eligible for both CLE and CPE credit.
NOTE: CPE/CLE credit for attendees are subject to participation and approval by the governing boards.

  • The deadline for taking approved CLEs for 2018 is October 31st 2018 and submission of the credit must be by December 15 according to the MCLE requirements.
