This course addresses the nature of overhead vs. indirect costs, types of overhead, and more. It also covers recent changes, and events and trends on the subject.

 

Cost Accounting Standards

August 7-9

Necessary for both defense and civilian agencies, this comprehensive three-day course examines government contract requirements with key instruction by specialists in accounting and law.

A Practical Guide to the Incurred Cost Submission (ICS)

The workshop provides a detailed, step-by-step guide to the preparation and development of the Incurred Cost Submission (ICS) to help mitigate the risk of audits.

 

Government Contract Audits: Dealing with Auditors and Mitigating Audit Risks

Course focuses on providing an understanding of audit objectives, techniques, areas of emphasis and options for analyzing and responding to audit findings. Includes a special, new component on procurement trends and areas of audit emphasis.

Defense Acquisition Workforce members must acquire 80 Continuous Learning Points (CLP) every two years from the date of entry into the acquisition workforce for as long as the member remains in an acquisition position per DoD Instruction 5000.66. We will provide you with documentation of points awarded for completing the event.

CLE: CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION
States have widely varying regulations regarding MCLE credit.
