In the wake of recent Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria and wildfires in California, the US government is supporting emergency management efforts through contracts and grants for goods and services necessary to stabilize the emergencies. Richard Meene, Director
PwC Advisory Forensic Services

Rich Meene is a director in PwC’s Advisory Forensic Services. He works with government contractor and commercial clients across industries and helps them to pursue opportunities and deal with the unique compliance issues in the regulatory and accounting environment for local, state and federal government procurement. 

Rich works with clients in three main areas; managing disputes and investigations, assessing and implementing compliance systems and optimizing recovery on their government contracts. He assists clients managing the long term contracts typical to government procurement. This often includes recommending and evaluating organizational structures for maximizing cost recovery, advising on cash flow management, designing cost estimating and accounting systems that comply with government requirements, developing pricing strategies, demonstrating contractor financial capabilities and navigating the risk environment through investigation, dispute management and enhancing compliance.

Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Pennsylvania State University
MBA, University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
