Andrew Irwin, Partner

Mr. Irwin focuses his practice at the intersection of government procurement and international regulatory law, concentrating primarily on corporate investigations and compliance counseling.  Much of his work has involved the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), but he has also managed substantial Export Administration Regulations (EAR) enforcement matters. He also has counseled clients regarding all major economic sanctions regimes administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), conducted a number of FCPA investigations and reviews around the world, and has advised clients on Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) issues.

William C. Pericak is a seasoned trial lawyer and investigator with a quarter-century of experience with the U.S. Department of Justice, including most recently as director of the Deepwater Horizon Task Force.  As a member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice, he brings his wealth of experience to clients who are navigating matters in which their activities draw the scrutiny of government investigators.  He offers unique perspective about Justice’s criteria for initiating and pursuing investigations and the factors that lead to charging decisions, dispositions and the selection and employment of monitors.
