Dave Scott
Dave Scott is Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP

Dave has more than 25 years of experience with both government and commercial customers in the implementation of systems and methodologies to improve management processes. His domain expertise includes enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise content management (ECP); and includes Project Portfolio Management, Capital Planning and Investment Control, Project Management, and Earned Value Management (EVM). 
This includes designing, implementing, and supporting compliant Integrated Program Management (IPM)/Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for both the U.S. Government and Government Contractors. He has also provided EVMS assurance services supporting government contractors compliance with the EIA 748 standard. 
 
Jessica Coral
Jessica Coral is a Government Contracts Manager at BDO USA, LLP.

Jessica Coral joined BDO's IPM & EVM Solutions group in early 2016. She has over five years of diverse experience in project management, specifically Earned Value Management (EVM) System implementations, training, and reporting analysis. She is proficient in the use of Deltek’s Cobra 5.1, wInsight Desktop, and wInsight Dashboard as well as MS Project Professional and Project Server. 
Her experience also includes earned value data analysis, custom report design, proposal preparation, and ad hoc research projects.
