Ki Captiano- Mr. Capitano provides consultation advice, assistance, and training on government contract financial and other regulatory compliance matters. From 1976-1989, he worked as contract auditor, trainer, and headquarters program manager for the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). Mr Capitano supports clients in preparing estimated and actual cost representations, evaluating contractor business system internal controls, implementing ERP systems, complying with CAS and FAR, and addressing various contract and subcontract administration issues.
