Larry Allen is President of Allen Federal Business Partners.  Mr. Allen's previous positions include President of the Coalition for Government Procurement where Mr. Allen managed and directed the operations of the Coalition for Government Procurement.  Mr. Allen also served as Assistant Director of Government Affairs for the National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges as well as Legislative Assistant to Congressman Alex McMillan of North Carolina, where he covered the Government Operations, Armed Services and Foreign Affairs Committees. Mr. Allen received his B.A. in Political Science from Emory University and has done post-graduate work at American University.

Alex Major, is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP's Government Contracts and Regulated Industries Practice Group.  Mr. Major focuses his practice on government contracts, administrative law and litigation, representing clients before government agencies, the Government Accountability Office, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.  Mr. Major also counsels clients with respect to a wide range of government contract issues, including bid protests, claim preparation, FAR Cost Principles and Cost Accounting Standards, contract compliance, and defective pricing and price reductions clause violations; as well as assisting in the conduct of internal investigations
