This course examines and explains the New Contractor Business Ethics Compliance Program and Disclosure Requirements rules. It includes coverage of internal control systems to detect and prevent improper conduct, codes of business ethics and conduct, mandatory disclosure obligations, and reporting violations and significant overpayments.

The rule mandates that certain contractors implement comprehensive internal control systems. It is a rule of significant interest to all contractors who must include these new requirements in their compliance programs.

This course is part of our Contract Compliance Week, offering comprehensive coverage of government contract compliance concerns from the most basic issues through more advanced subjects, new legislation, and mandatory disclosure rules.
