November 6
In the morning session, we will discuss the opportunities and challenges of cloud contracting; how and what vehicles they are using in the acquisition process. During the afternoon session, we will explore privacy, ethics and reporting.
November 7
Policy and risk management is an important component to any organizations' operations. Documenting issues and developing plans of action are important to managing your risk. This program will discuss best practices and challenges in creating a policy to manage risk. The first half of the day will be a discussion on these best practices and challenges. During the second half of the day we will challenge you with one or two hands-on case studies, so you get the practical knowledge you need.
November 8
Having a sound strategy to network security and understanding the risks to vulnerability is key. This full day program will explore how organizations including prime contractors, subcontractors, government agencies, non-profits can better protect their networks. We will discuss challenges and best practices for: Wireless Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Cloud Sourcing Crypto Authentication Challenges

Data breaches are costly and create chaos for organizations and their customers. So how do you protect your organization from a data breach? How do recognize a breach? How do you respond to a breach? This program will focus on intrusions, vulnerabilities and protection for contractors, small businesses, government and non-profit entities. We will discuss insider threats, email challenges, social networking and virus/malware as well as ransomware challenges to organizations.
